Window:

Cancellations are welcome within 1 hour of placing your order and before it enters processing or shipping.

How to cancel:

Simply email [email protected] with your Consignment Note Number (CN Number) and “Cancel” in the subject line. We’ll handle the rest.

Report Timeframe:

Noticed damage? Let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Claim Requirements:

Please mention all visible damage remarks on the Proof of Delivery (POD). This step is mandatory for claim approval. You will need to provide the original unboxing video. It is mandatory for internal damage claims.

Our team will investigate, validate the issue, and arrange the fastest possible resolution or compensation.
