If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our site or services.
You may not use our platform to ship or transact in prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods under Indian law or any other jurisdiction that applies to your shipment (e.g., explosives, counterfeit items, or contraband).
You are responsible for ensuring all shipment data—dimensions, weight, declared value, commodity description, consignee details—is truthful and complete. Inaccurate information may lead to delays, penalties, or cancellation.
Confirm that our services meet your unique operational or regulatory requirements (temperature control, hazmat compliance, insurance levels, etc.) prior to booking.
All bookings are subject to available vehicle/route capacity at the moment of confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any order if: 1. Vehicles, drivers, or lanes become unavailable. 2. The shipment violates these Terms or raises flags for fraud/security. 3. Force-majeure events (strikes, extreme weather, government action) prevent safe carriage.
Delays or surcharges caused by incorrect pickup/delivery addresses, inaccurate cargo details, or missed loading slots are borne by the Customer.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, freight charges, surcharges (fuel, toll, detention), and applicable taxes are due in full at booking.
You warrant that payment instruments belong to you and have adequate funds. Failed transactions may void your booking.
Invoices that remain unpaid past the due date may incur interest at 1.5 % per month plus collection costs.
Justlog’s total liability for loss, damage, or delay of cargo is capped at the lesser of (a) INR 100 per kilogram or (b) the declared value, unless you purchase extended cargo insurance from us in writing.
We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or services.
We bear no responsibility for payments declined due to cardholder limits set by your issuing bank.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
